Holiday Decor Leftover Recipes

From Thanksgiving to Christmas we are left with the age-old question: what to do with the leftovers? Scour the Internet and you’ll find all kinds of recipes for leftover turkey and all the fixings, but what about your holiday décor leftovers?

Check out these ideas for repurposing festive items to last for years to come.

Hang It. Garland is one of the most flexible décor options for any season. Wrapping it around a chandelier and dressing it with seasonal décor makes a wow statement for fall, winter, spring, or summer holidays.

Shred It. The fun part of opening gifts is tearing the wrapping paper. Recycle it by shredding that torn paper and using it as filler for gift bags, vases, or tablescape confetti for next year.

Frame It. Make a shadow box with those mini ornaments, gourds, pinecones, tinsel, leaves, pumpkins, etc. and display it every year or even gift it.
